 Services & Fees
- Initial consultation is free and includes:
- Meeting your pet(s)
Site visit of your pet(s) play and relaxation area(s) Discussion of your pet(s) routine, feeding times, potty breaks, favorite toys, etc. Review of service agreement
Visits are $20 for the initial visit and only $15 for each subsequent visit per day. It's recommended to have 3 visits per day for dogs for bladder control, reduced anxiety and an overall happy pet. We also offer mid-afternoon potty breaks and walks while you're at work. Studies show a well exercised pet is a happy pet! Your dog will be happy to see you and demand less unwarranted attention when you get home. Individual attention is provided by talking and playing with your pet(s) brushing, massaging, walking and catering to your furry family member's every need!!
We will make sure your kitty's litter box is clean and fresh for them to use. All caged animals will have fresh clean bedding and fresh food and water to enjoy. - Interior and exterior pet waste clean-up and removal available by request for $5 dollars per visit(up to 2 pets, each additional pet $3) and includes clean-up of waste for yards, patios, and indoor accidents.
Please feel free to let us know how to help your pets feel loved and secure while you're away. Remember, We love 'em, when you leave 'em!! - House sitting only is available for $15 per visit. This includes collecting mail, turning on & off lights, taking trash/recycle in & out.
Holiday Rates/Schedule - An additional $5 for each additional visit during the following holidays: New Years (12/31-01/02), Easter Weekend (Sat-Sun), Memorial Day Weekend (Sat-Mon), July 4th, Labor Day (Sat-Mon), Thanksgiving (Wed-Sun), Christmas (12/23-12/27).
Policies - Two keys are requested for the residence. This will allow me to provide additional security by having a spare key stored in a lock box as a back-up as well as provide you with the opportunity for pet sitting with minimal notice for unexpected out of town trips and/or emergencies.
- It is requested that clients contact me within 12hrs. of returning home so that I know you and your pet(s) have been reunited. This will also provide me with the opportunity to tell you about each wonderful visit.
- Be sure to reserve your visits early ,especially around the holidays as space fills up fast!!
- Critter Keepers reserves the right to provide a replacement/back-up sitter to care for your pet(s) in the event of a unexpected emergency. Pet sitters are a tight-knit community and we help each other out whenever needed. Rest assured that in the unlikely event I need to send a replacement, the back up sitter will also be insured and bonded.
- Please advise if your pet displays aggressive behavior so alternative care can be discussed.
Cancellation Policy In the event that you need to cancel services, we require 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled visits. Please call our main office at (512) 947-0555 to cancel pet visits. If proper notice is not given the following charges will be incurred and must be paid before subsequent visits can be booked.
